Terms and Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
Full payment is due at least 7 days prior to pickup or delivery date else order will be deemed cancelled.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before pick-up will incur a 20% admin fee from the deposit paid
Cancellations made less than 7 days of pick-up is non-refundable.
Incase of postponing your order with ample notice, your deposit or payment could be used at a later date without extra cost.

We kindly ask that any complaints related to cakes be submitted within a timeframe of 12 hours from the moment of delivery or pickup.
In order for us to consider a refund claim, it is essential that the cake is either returned to us or that you provide clear and detailed photographs as evidence of the issue.
Please note that if more than a quarter of the cake has been eaten, it is likely that a refund will not be granted.
The amount of any possible refund will be determined at our discretion, following a thorough investigation into the matter.

Keep your car cool during transport to maintain the cake's integrity.
Place cake on the floor or in the boot with an anti-slip mat for stability.
We do supports in tiered cakes for added security, however, to avoid the cake from collapsing, do not place cake on the seats, as the slanted surface may cause tiered cakes to slide or collapse.
Please check your cake carefully before leaving, as we cannot take responsibility for any damages once it has left our premise.
We can attempt to fix any damages after pickup, but additional charges will apply

Please keep buttercream covered cakes in fridge and remove to room temperature around 30minutes before cake cutting.
Please store fondant covered cakes in a cool room and not in the refrigerator as this might cause condensation on the cake surface.
We handle allergens in our premise, therefore even if you are ordering for example an eggless cake, there could be a slight chance of allergens in your cake. We do take extreme care to avoid contamination in our kitchen. However, if you or your guests are severely allergic then please do not consume.
Be aware as we often use straws for supporting tiered cakes. Some decoration requires inedible items like foam balls, cardstock toppers. We also use skewers and toothpicks for holding toppers and flowers etc.
Do not put anyone's face into the cake due to the use of supports like straws and skewers as mentioned above.
